Staff members enter absences into the system, which create job orders or assignment requests for each absence. The system processes the jobs through a computerized database and, at defined calling times, calls the substitutes according to their profile to fill the assignments. As a substitute, you must be registered with the system and trained how to use the system for your benefit.
