General Middle
School Information
The curriculum and supporting activities and
services at the middle school level are carefully designed to help
students enter their teen years with confidence and success. Students
consistently rank above national and state norms in standardized testing
programs. Special emphasis is placed on a strong Homeroom Teacher-Advisor
Program, providing personal attention and time for introduction to
study skills, decision making, problem solving, career awareness, drug
awareness and prevention, personal guidance and counseling. |

Secondary Student/Parent Handbook
The Secondary Student/Parent Handbooks are distributed to all
students attending Lee's Summit R-7 Schools. The handbooks
provide parents and students with district policies and guidelines
related to health, transportation, discipline, hours of attendance,
programming and much more. The handbooks are updated annually
to reflect any changes in policies or procedures. |
